By visiting our website, requesting a quote, or hiring Developely for design, development, or related services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
Our Services
Developely provides website design, development, and related digital services as described on our pricing page. Exact scope, deliverables, and timelines for your project are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Quotes & Payment
- Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
- A deposit is typically required before work begins, with the balance due on or before final delivery, depending on the package.
- Prices are in the currency shown at checkout and exclude any taxes unless stated.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate project information, timely feedback, and any content (text, images, logins) needed to complete the work. Delays in providing these may extend your delivery timeline.
Revisions
The number of revision rounds included depends on your chosen package, as listed on our pricing page. Additional revisions beyond what's included may be quoted separately.
Ownership
Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final website design and code transfers to you. Third-party assets (stock photos, licensed plugins, fonts) remain subject to their original license terms.
Content You Provide
You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any text, images, logos, or other content you give us to include in your project.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Limitation of Liability
We aim to deliver reliable, well-tested work, but we're not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or issues arising from third-party services (hosting, plugins, payment gateways) outside our control.
